Appalling customer service AGAIN! Please all see my one star trust pilot review below. The reply I have just received from my appliances is a front to try and look like they are acting upon my complaint. I have already been told by an email I received yesterday that they have done all they can do for me, despite my delivery being late by 2 days, and I still haven’t been given a full refund for my delivery. My partner spent 2 days off work because of their poor service. I was told our delivery was late as it was a 2 man job so they had to wait for when this was available, but when we received the delivery, it was delivered by an individual person. They seem to make things up as they go along! Please do not order from this company.
Not the best quality but you get what you pay for ! Still waiting for the carbon filters so only able to use the lights the brightness is not brilliant compared to my previous cooker hood.

Ordered and delivered as stated. Appliance better than expected. Would certainly use again.

Great speedy service from courier, product good but I had to buy a separate venting kit as the one offered was overpriced
Good service, delivered on date scheduled, had a change of circumstance and emailed the company a couple of days later asking a couple of questions disappointed that the company never replied to my query
